A "Living" Webpage?

No, this isn't to say that this website is a corporeal, sentient glob of circuit neurons and RAM vitamins, cable veins and motherboard brains; pershonally nerd emoji.. I think that sounds gross, and I deeply hope no piece of technology is ever "sentient"!

Like most everything, this website won't be perfect or finished. I'm adding & subtracting whenever my brain shifts to want something else from it—or when it wants something else of me—so it changes & matures alongside me!
"It is not a 'work in progress', for this would imply not much intrinsic value until that magic day it is completed." -Wendy Carlos (Her site here!)
Making your own website is an art form, and a method of self-expression that I've loved learning about and creating more than I knew I would. I revel in the feel of the early internet, where there was an explorative wonder, charm, and unashamed uniqueness; where lots of people did things just because it was exciting. It was far distant from the decayed, whimsy-washed data farm that it popularly finds itself to be now. But, despite technological tyranny, some people perservere; the breadth of fantastic, personal, and inspiring current wesbites you can find is a super exciting pocket of that. I feel that having my website serves as an homage & a hopeful return to that sort of world, both digitally and real; one where the staggering advancements of society and technology can be reevaluated, abolished, or rehashed towards something better. I hope too that this bit-home might provide me some focus and solace in a world that's always inflamed and shifting.
So yeah, remember to cherish what you have as it lives, but also to acknowledge change as it comes and goes; never give up your fight, since we aren't free until we're all free. You're welcome always to come back to this website; I hope it can be like a big leaf's shelter below a rainy day's peeking sun. Check out anything new if you want — stay meaningful & awesome!
